Getting between terminals

Haneda's terminals are not connected airside. The free inter-terminal bus and the monorail both run landside, so changing terminal means leaving security and being screened again. Connecting passengers moving between T2 and T3 may be offered a tarmac transit bus by their airline, but that is arranged for the connection rather than something a departing passenger can use to visit another terminal's lounge.
